Return & Refund Policy

At Cumin Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy to understand the steps involved and the conditions that apply.


1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

1.1 Return Window

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 7 days, we cannot offer a return or exchange.

1.2 Eligible Items for Return

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • We do not accept returns for customized or personalized items.

1.4 Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@cuminshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product unless the item received is damaged or defective.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. The refund process is as follows:

2.1 Refund Approval

  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we have received the returned item and confirmed its condition.

2.2 Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (credit card, debit card, bank transfer, etc.).
  • If the original payment method is unavailable or declined, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.

2.3 Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Returns initiated after the 7-day return window.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the estimated timeframe, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company; there may be some processing time before a refund is posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@cuminshop.com.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at contact@cuminshop.com with details and a photo of the defect or damage.


5. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipping. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process.


6. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
